Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in TV. De La Garza is a beautiful actress who was born 1977 in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother. In no time, she moved to Texas and pursued her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas before moving to Orlando, Florida. There she played many roles, ranging from local independent films to global commercials. Even though she had small parts, De La Garza soon realized that she was drawn to performing. Then she moved to New York and in 2001 she scored her first role on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of the decade She appeared on small parts for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her first major show was The Mountain. De La Garza had the delight of working with great TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. The role that she is most remembered for was the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 seasons. Then, she appeared in the Law & Order: LA brief-lived sequel. De La Garza was nominated for several awards, including Best Supporting Actress on TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. In 2008 she took home an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza, in the role of a regular cast member on CSI Miami was announced a few minutes later. She was cast as Marisol Delko, who is the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was on Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's slightly more dark-hearted show Do No Harm. After two short episodes the show was canceled. Milano. She has an Italian father and an older sister Cory whom is 10 years older than her. She was raised in the family of a conservative and deeply spiritual. Milano was just seven years old when her babysitter took Milano to a talent show. Out of more than a thousand applicants her name was picked to be one of only four. Milano has appeared in ads in both Broadway and on TV, including the American musical version from Jane Eyre.
